Snow Removal & Sanding – Work performed within 24 hours of snowfall stoppage
• 45mm or more of snowfall: Full parking lot clearing, with snow piled in designated areas. All sidewalks, walkways, and fire exits cleared. Specialized Chem Melt De-Icer applied as needed for freezing rain or icy conditions—proven non-corrosive, non-staining, and pet-friendly, keeping delicate surfaces protected.
• Less than 45mm of snowfall: Parking lot sanded with an ice melt/sand mixture. All sidewalks, walkways, and fire exits cleared.
Specialized Chem Melt De-Icer – Applied as needed for freezing rain or icy conditions.
